All employees are eligible to participate in the dependent care advantage account. Under this plan participating employees contribute a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis (maximum of $5000) to a flexible spending account to pay for expenses incurred for dependent care. All employees who are eligible for health insurance are eligible to participate in the health care spending account. Under this plan participating employees contribute a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis (maximum of $3000) to a flexible spending account to pay for health care expenses not reimbursed by health insurance.
