CTS Technical Support Helpdesk

The CTS Technical Support Helpdesk will provide you with assistance and support for any technology issues you may encounter.  We help students get their ResNet connections going, and provide remote and on-site assistance for faculty and staff computers and software.

CTS can also arrange a mobile computing cart for your class, set up a videoconference, help you with e-mail problems, or get you set up for unified messaging. 

Expanded Service Hours

Beginning fall 2007, CTS has expanded our hours of operation. We will be open open 8am - 10pm Monday - Thursday, and 8am-7pm on Friday.
