Refund Policy and Schedule

A full refund (including deposit) is automatically granted if a program is canceled or closed to further enrollment by the College. Otherwise, the refund amount (minus the nonrefundable deposit) is determined by the date a written withdrawal request is received from the parent or guardian, according to the schedule below:

For written withdrawal requests received:
By June 9: 100%*
Between June 10 and June 23: 50%*
*Excluding the nonrefundable deposit.
No refunds available for withdrawal requests received after June 23.

Refunds for credit card payments are automatically credited to the cardholder’s account. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for refund check processing from the date a written request is received.

SCHEDULE CHANGES
Purchase College reserves the right to cancel any course or program for which the enrollment is deemed insufficient or for other administrative reasons.
