How to Register for Courses

Because courses are closed when the enrollment limit is reached, early registration is advised.

FALL 2008 registration:

  • Credit courses: Through Sept. 9
    Senior citizen auditors register on Sept. 10
  • Noncredit courses: Ongoing until 5:00 p.m. (Mon.–Fri.) the day before the course starts (online through Sept. 9; afterwards, by fax, in person, or mail).

SUMMER 2008 registration:

Registration payments by check, money order, and credit card are accepted.

LATE REGISTRATION for CREDIT COURSES

  • Fall 2008: Sept. 3–9
    Students must include a nonrefundable $30 late fee when registering for credit courses between Sept. 3 and Sept. 9.
  • Summer Session 2008:
    Students must include a nonrefundable $30 late fee when registering for credit courses on or after the first day of class(es). Late registrations cannot be accepted after the end of the session's add/drop period.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS
Registrations are processed in the order received and confirmations are mailed by Enrollment Services. (In-person registrations cannot be processed while you wait.) Courses are closed when the enrollment limit is reached. We will notify you if a course has been closed or canceled by the College.

Flags (returning students only)
If you owe a fee or fine to an office on campus, you are given a "flag." (You can check for flags on Student Services.) Students must clear any flags with the issuing office(s) before registration.
