*SUNY tuition rates for out-of-state residents:
- $429 per credit for part-time study (up to 11.5 credits)
- $5,305 per semester for full-time study (12 or more credits)
Please note:
- Students who are in the U.S. on temporary visas (e.g., B-1, F-1, J-1, or H) are considered out-of-state students for SUNY credit tuition purposes.
- Purchase College fees include a college fee and technology fee. (Newly matriculated students are charged an additional $15 fee for a Purchase College ID card in their first semester of matriculation.)
- Rockland Community College fees include a Colleges at Rockland ID fee, activity fee, technology fee, and accident insurance.

Financial Aid
Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid. You may be eligible for TAP awards, Pell Grants, and student loans as a full-time or part-time matriculated student.
