Coordinator - Student Life: Student Government and Commuter Outreach

Description:  Purchase College is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a primary advisor to the student government association, a recognized 501(c) 3 organization.  The successful candidate will also coordinate commuter outreach services including programming, listserv maintenance and serving as a point person for commuter student concerns and suggestions. This person must also represent the department and division on various campus-wide committees.

Qualifications:  A Master’s degree in higher education administrations, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in event planning and working with student organizations is required. The successful candidate is required to work flexible hours and must be able to work in a uniquely diverse environment.  Must be able to think wide-open!

Salary: Mid 30’s plus housing and meal allowance
