Commuter Student Association

The Commuter Student Association (CSA) is a student organization that was created to assist in the building of community among the commuter student population at Purchase College.  Through various events and social functions, the CSA aids commuter students with becoming active in campus life and staying abreast of all student activities that occur on campus.  The CSA provides a voice in the campus community, as well as in the Purchase Student Government Association.
Commuter Student Objectives:

  • To provide Commuter Advocacy
  • To host Commuter friendly events
  • To collaborate with other clubs and offices on campus
  • To host social events
  • To host volunteer events
  • To host special interest events
  • To provide an opportunity for members to gain leadership experience
  • To provide an opportunity for commuters to play an active role in campus life
