E. Terms and conditions of office

1. All members serve two year terms.
2. Terms of office may be extended with the approval of the conduct officer and the appropriate bodies (e.g. student government, the professional staff, faculty).
3. Committee members are expected to serve a minimum number of hearings.
4. Committee members are required to remove themselves from a hearing when a conflict  of interest exists.
