D. Standards Relative to Respect for Property
An offense against property is committed when a person:

1. Has in his/her possession property of another person or the  College without  consent or authorization.
   Minimum: Restitution   Maximum: Expulsion
2. Removes, uses, misappropriates, steals, or sells the property of the College or another person without prior consent or authorization.
   Minimum: Restitution   Maximum: Expulsion
3. Damages, defaces, destroys, or tampers with property owned by the college or in the possession of another person.
   Minimum: Reprimand   Maximum: Expulsion
4. Obtains the property of another person or the College by misrepresentation or  fraudulent means.
   Minimum: Reprimand   Maximum: Expulsion
5. Enters or uses facilities or property of another person or the College without consent or official written authorization.
   Minimum: Reprimand   Maximum: Suspension
6. Commits an unauthorized entry into or use of a closed facility.
   Minimum: Reprimand   Maximum: Disciplinary Probation
