Online admission applications can be completed and sent electronically to the SUNY Application Processing Center in Albany, NY. They can also be downloaded, completed by hand, and mailed to the Application Processing Center. All forms of the application are exactly the same, and no preference is shown to any of the forms:

Supplemental Form - Required for all freshman liberal arts and sciences applicants

Must be mailed directly to the Office of Admissions at Purchase College
