PROMPTERS
A volunteer organization whose mission is to support the programs and activities of The Performing Arts Center. Its members are ushers and tour guides and assist with the Center’s Arts-In-Education outreach program.

Arts-In-Education
A volunteer group at The Performing Arts Center which presents dozens of educational events to thousands of school age children each season. These include in-school programs, performing arts workshops, and special performances at The Center. Study guides for teachers are provided. Masters classes with artists featured in The Center’s professional series are presented for Conservatory students on the Purchase campus. The Center offers free tickets for children with an adult purchase for selected concerts.

FRIENDS OF THE NEUBERGER MUSEUM OF ART
This membership organization assists the Museum in fulfilling its mission
to serve Purchase College and the wider community by raising funds to support exhibitions and educational programs. The Friends sponsor special events, including the annual Gala Benefit, and host exhibition opening receptions. As members they are invited to receptions and special events, receive the Museum’s a quarterly newsletter, discounts in the Museum Store, and reciprocal memberships at college art museums across the country.
The Friends Museum Service Council coordinates volunteer activities for docents and auxiliary members. Volunteers at the Neuberger Museum serve as docents or gallery tour guides for museum visitors. Through the Special Events Committee they can assist in providing support services for public programs planned for adults, children and families. Volunteers also assist at the Admissions Desk and in the Museum Store.

A membership organization dedicated to enriching student life on campus. Members present a Spotlight on Faculty Lecture Series, attend special theater, dance and music events, participate in several luncheons annually and sponsor a popular campus-wide grants program for students and staff.

A membership organization that presents the Friends of Humanities Lecture Series and talks and symposiums by the Humanities faculty. They attend informal “conversations” with leading cultural figures and sponsor advanced workshops.

A membership organization that supports a lecture series featuring distinguished scholars in science and contemporary issues. They participate in dinners with these guest scholars, provide awards for research conducted by the best students and celebrate them at the annual research symposium.

FRIENDS OF MUSIC
A membership organization for those who appreciate music which supports master classes, scholarships, special concerts and events throughout the year with Purchase faculty members and students. The group also provides support for visiting artists, the Piano Replacement Fund, productions of the Purchase Opera, and performances by the Purchase Jazz Program, and the Purchase Symphony Orchestra.

FRIENDS OF ART+ DESIGN
A membership organization in the School of Art+Design that sponsors student scholarships, visiting artist lectures and master classes, the BFA Senor Thesis exhibitions, off-site MFA exhibitions, and various exhibitions in the School’s Richard and Dolly Maass Gallery. Members are invited to openings, and artist’s gallery talks at the School and at artists’ studios. They also participate in community outreach programs and in New York City gallery tours, exhibition openings, and receptions.

A membership organization for those who enjoy dance that provides scholarships for talented students, supports the Adopt-A-Dancer Program,
